We got our YouTube channel going! Here is our first video of Beef Stroganoff. It's my first video, so be gentle with the criticism!

We will have more to come. Each one will bring improvement and more cooking fun.

1- 1 1/2 lbs beef (I use a chuck or rib roast cut into small pieces and tenderized)

1 1/2 C flour

1 TBS My Hunny's Kitchen Season Salt

1/2 C chopped onion

2-5 chopped cloves of garlic

1 C sliced mushrooms

4 C Beef Broth

1/2 C chopped bell pepper

1TBS My Hunny's Onion Seasoning

4 C egg noodles

1 or 1 1/2 C sour cream

Coat tenderized meat in seasoned flour and brown in hot oil. Set aside. In pan add a little more oil and saute garlic and onions till fragrant. Then add mushrooms and bell peppers till tender. Now return meat to pan and add beef broth. Bring to boil then simmer for 20 min. While this is simmering bring a pan of water to boil and begin to get noodles ready.

Sauce should begin to thicken as it cooks. You may add a small amount o thickening agent such as corn starch, arrowroot or clear jel to thicken as needed. Once sauce is thickened, simmer while you finish up the noodles. Once noodles are done, drain and rinse. Put noodles in serving bowl.

Now add your sour cream to your sauce and stir in completely. This will give you a rich flavorful sauce. Serve over your noodles and enjoy!
