This spice is a favorite of my kitchen anytime I am I am cooking something up that needs a little kick. 
This was a creation we created one year when our garden gave us an abundance of peppers and tomatoes. Not wanting to waste them, we dehydrated them, then powdered them and added a few other things. And our Fiery Mexican Spice was a permanent spice in my cupboard.

Flaming Mexican Seasoning

    3 ripe avacados
    1/2 cup minced tomatoes 
    1/4 cup minced onions
    1 tsp chopped cilantro 
    Fiery Mexican spice to taste. I suggest you start out with 1/2 tsp
    1tbls line juice

    Mix well and enjoy
